Today was an absolute fun day!

I had the pleasure of styling Tila Tequila for yet another magazine spread!

Andrew Gates is the president of RUKUS Mag, a VERY HOT online men’s magazine!

Tila Tequila was chosen as the 1st celebrity ever to grace their publication!

Thus, Tila chose me to be the costume designer for this shoot!

Being that the theme was “TILA: AMAZON PRINCESS,” I went with a real edgy yet modern approach for the looks!

Check out these behind the scenes pictures & videos from today’s shoot shown above!

Special thanks to Leo Madrid, Raz B, Andrew, John, Tila & the entire Glam Squad who helped make this shoot as festive as it was!

Last night, I attended the SHOP FOR A CAUSE Charity Event in West Hollywood, California.

Hammitt Los Angeles Handbags, William Rast, Paul Frank, & Future Heretics were just some of the many vendors involved in the charitable cause.

All proceeds went to the starving children in Cambodia.

It was refreshing to see so many industry people shopping for such a great cause.

Check out the pictures above & as always, share your thoughts with me after the JUMP!

It’s refreshing to see two more faces on board the EQUALITY FOR ALL TRAIL!

Former American Idol contestant, Frenchie Davis, recently performed at the 2009 NYC Gay Pride Festival & my new Best Friend, J.Son, caught up with her right after her performance.  Check out what she had to say about the legalization of GAY MARRIAGE!

J.Son also caught up with MEGA SINGING SENSATION, AMBER, & they shared an intimate conversation about her personal feelings on the issue.  Amber feels so strongly about this, she’s gone the extra mile & incorporated her music into it.

I GAGGED when I heard the preview of her upcoming single,” I DON’T BELIEVE IN HATE!”  Aren’t you?  Simply AMAZING!

She had a fan in me with her hit “SEXUAL” back in 1999 & now, 10 years later, she still has me HOOKED!

Her vocal range is unlike any other!

I applaud Amber for the stance she is taking and I urge all of the patrons who can relate to this dilemma to LEGALLY DOWNLOAD “I DON’T BELIEVE IN HATE!”

Not only would you support the NOH8 Campaign, you would also be supporting a REAL artist with a real CAUSE!

A special thanks to J.Son for sharing these video clips with us!

Share your thoughts on Frenchie & Amber’s MOVEMENT, after the JUMP!

Today was one of those days when everything I’m doing felt worth while.

I was privileged enough to have been asked to be a part of a movement.

NOH8 is a campaign that stands for equality for all. (www.noh8campaign.com)

I will keep standing in the front lines until everyone has their right to marry whoever the please.

Check out this video footage from my NOH8 Campaign Photo Shoot! DO WE LOVE THE OVERSIZED ZARA TANK I WORE?

A special thanks to Pradha Nilia, Ayvee Verzonilla, Diana Campanato, Jeff Parshley, & the talented Adam Bouska for making this experience so memorable.  I love each & every one of you for being there to share this moment with me. GET IT!

Hundreds of Thousands gathered at the Staples Center today in Los Angeles to pay their last respects to Michael Jackson.  Many of us who could not make it to the memorial tuned in as one by one, the celebrities payed tribute to a legend loss.

Words cannot describe the emotions that stirred while the memorial service took place.  Mariah Carey & Trey Lorenz sang a beautiful rendition of  “I’ll be There,” while a comical Magic Jackson gave a compelling speech recalling a time he & Michael Jackson shared a bucket of KFC.

Regardless of which angle the performers & presenters delivered, the feeling was mutual amongst them all.  Michael Jackson was an icon, legend, entertainer, performer, father, son, humanitarian that tried his best to change the world each day he lived.  The legacy he leaves behind is incomparable.  Today, more than ever, it was evident that only a man like Michael Jackson could unite millions of people in a peaceful gathering to mourn his loss.

Check out the pictures from inside the memorial.  All I ask is that everyone please be respectful & have compassion to devastating loss.

Rest in peace, Michael Jackson.  Your will be in our thoughts & prayers forever…

Yesterday, I spent the day with the girls of Sober Int., a non-profit organization that specializes in assisting at risk youth and their families.  I spoke on the topic of self esteem & how important loving yourself truly is.

The Mayor of Montebello, Rosie Vasquez, attended the event & presented me with a certificate of recognition for my charitable work on behalf of the City of Montebello.  I felt honored to be given such a award.

The rest of the afternoon was spent doing what I do best, PUTTING TOGETHER OUTFITS!  Guess, The Avenue, Disney, Albertsons, Warehouse Shoes, Crown Plaza Hotel, Bed, Bath & Beyond, were just some of the many sponsors who contributed to the event.

So I sat down with each girl, gave them a full consultation as to what looks worked best for their body types, and pulled together ensembles that fit both them & their personalities!  It was gratifying to watch these girls transform right before my very eyes.

A special thanks to all of the neighboring Hair Studios, Nails Spas, and Make-up Artist who provided their services for such a great cause.

A personal thanks to my photographer for the day, Jordan Angulo, (ACIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY-www.myspace.com/acideo), for capturing these incredible photos.

I’d also like to thank Danny & Cindy Garcia, Silvia Recinos, Jeannie Harper, Darcy Duran & the entire Hard Copy Family for putting in all the hard work they did to make a difference in these girl’s lives.

All in a days WORK! WOW! By the end of the day, I felt we had impacted each one of the girls so much, they left feeling confident, secure, and content with themselves.

Check out these pictures from inside the event.

Now, I wanna hear from you , PATRONS! What’s the most charitable thing you’ve ever done & what made you decide to get involved. I wanna know! SHARE YOUR STORIES WITH ME AFTER THE JUMP!

Tomorrow Afternoon, Sober Int., a non-profit organization dedicated in helping at risk youth & their families,  & a few other guest sponsors are partnering up with Mr. Bradshaw to host a woman’s self esteem conference in Montebello, California.  As a guest speaker and presenter, I will be giving an empowering speech and conducting complimentary make overs to the young ladies attending.  I am super excited  as it will be a festive day filled with plenty of good cheer.  I look forward to meeting these girls and showing them how much fun playing with fashion can be!

It’s not too late to donate or add any sort of contribution to the event.  If you’d like to parlay in a charitable endeavor, or even offer media coverage, please contact Daniel Garcia at dgarcia3162007@aol.com.

I  would like to hear some ways you’ve all given back before.  It’s could be anything from donating clothes to participating in canned food drive.  Share your stories with me, after the JUMP!
